A warm welcome to the May 17th celebration at Rosendal Fjordhotel
In keeping with tradition, our restaurant offers wonderful dining and drinking experiences to celebrate Norway’s National Day. A lavish May 17th buffet featuring traditional Norwegian cuisine and a magnificent dessert table.
Buffet from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
The price is NOK 795 for adults, NOK 395 for children aged 12–16, and free for children 12 and under.

Wine and cider tasting
We are delighted to offer wine or cider tasting on Saturdays at 4 p.m. or by appointment with our dedicated sommelier, Beate Hannisdal.
Beate has worked at the hotel for several years and completed her sommelier training in 2024. She is currently pursuing further education in the field of sommelier studies. Throughout her career, she has worked as a chef and therefore has extensive knowledge of food and beverages.
With her keen interest and knowledge of wine and cider, she takes participants on a journey through the world of grapes and apples, focusing on taste, aroma, and history. The experience is tailored to each group and can be customized as desired.

Christmas Party at Rosendal Fjordhotel
A warm welcome to the Christmas party at Rosendal Fjordhotel.
We are delighted to invite you to our Christmas dinner, which is brimming with the best flavors of the season, including the finest seafood the sea has to offer and a wide selection of classic side dishes.
Enjoy hot dishes such as lutefisk, pinnekjøt, and ribbe, served with a full selection of traditional side dishes. Last but not least, a dessert buffet featuring all the classics and our own favorites.
The Christmas dinner will be held every Saturday from November 21 to December 12.
The price is NOK 995 per person.
